I used to see myself as a normal Christian.

I wanted to be good kid. A prayer here, participation in a Christian event there, but not much in the way of true sacrifice. Everything changed when I went on a high school mission trip, where I realized there was nothing normal about being a Christian. I changed the way I approach life. I graduated from Columbia International University in 2005, and from Grace Theological Seminary in 2011. I now encourage teens to put Jesus first as pastor of student ministries at Wawasee Community Bible Church. I live with my wife, Sherry, and my dog, Chewey, in Milford, IN.

This website will be updated a couple times a week with posts about Jesus, life, and me. In all this, my commitment is to keep every post short, interesting, and to the point. I’ll also keep them balanced between funny and full of applicable truth.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on anything I write, so leave a comment, or send me a message. I’ll reply to everything! I hope to see you back.
